1. Purpose
These terms govern the subscription to and use of the FondateurMode service (the "agent" installed on the customer's servers and the online analysis and reporting service), published by Geniustalks, Co.
2. Plans and prices
Plans, their limits (number of servers) and prices are described on the Pricing page. Prices exclude taxes; applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on the customer's country.
3. Free trial
Each new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. The customer may cancel during the trial without being charged. Without cancellation, the first payment occurs at the end of the trial.
4. Payment and renewal
Payment is made by card through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month, year or two years) until canceled.
5. Cancellation
The customer may cancel anytime from the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no prorated refund is made for a started period, unless required by law.
6. License to use
The license key is personal and may only be used on the number of servers included in the plan. Decompiling, modifying or redistributing the agent is prohibited.
7. Customer obligations
The customer installs the agent on servers they own or are authorized to administer. The customer remains responsible for their backups and for applying recommended updates.
8. Liability
FondateurMode is a security and monitoring aid. No solution guarantees absolute protection. The liability of Geniustalks, Co. is limited to the amount paid by the customer over the previous twelve months.
