Data collected

At purchase: name, email address, billing address and, where applicable, VAT number. Card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and never sent to us.

By the agent installed on your servers: technical indicators (CPU load, memory, disk, listening services), security events (failed login attempts and source IPs, blocked web requests, intrusion alerts), installed software versions, sensitive file hashes, antivirus results (paths of infected files).

The agent never collects the content of your files, databases or source code.

Purposes

Providing the service: daily reports, vulnerable version detection, alerts, history and dashboard; managing the subscription and billing.

Processors

Stripe (payment), Google Cloud / Firebase (license and report storage), Google Workspace (email delivery), OpenAI (writing the report summary from indicators), Slack (if you set up a webhook).

Retention

Reports are kept for 12 months. Billing data is kept for the legally required period.
